Tonkotsu Ramen originated in my hometown, Fukuoka, in Japan and has been much loved by all generations for many years, typically consumed with small plates.
We combine traditional Japanese preparations with fresh Scottish ingredients for dishes.
Ramen, Handcrafted sushi and the best Izakaya-style Japanese delicacies brought to you from the heart of Scotland's capital in New Town.
